A buyer in Dubai or Abu Dhabi placing a first order in China always asks us the same thing: how do I know the factory is real, the price is fair, and the goods arrive? This article walks through the steps we actually run, with numbers you can plan on. We are a sourcing agent based in Ningbo, working with buyers in the UAE and across the Gulf.

Tell us the product and approximate quantity. We reply with a list of 3-5 factories that fit your project — AAC blocks, stone, steel, sanitaryware, or other goods. Each entry lists location, capacity and minimum order. If we cannot find a suitable factory, there is no charge. The shortlist is free.

We travel to the factory in person. We photograph the production line, check real capacity, inspect the equipment, and collect samples. You get an audit report with photos, a machine list and QC data. We are in Ningbo, and most building-material factories are 2-4 hours away by car, so we often cover several in one trip.

We negotiate in Chinese, face to face at the factory. We buy as a local buyer, not as a foreign one. The difference is often 15-30% below what you would be quoted. Our fee is 3-5% of order value, charged only when your price drops. No deal, no fee.
معظم مواد البناء تدخل الإمارات عبر منصة SABER مع شهادة مطابقة. نعمل مع المصنع على التسجيل ونجهز الفحص قبل الشحن (AQL 2.5) ومستندات التصدير. التسجيل يستغرق عادة 1-2 أسبوع. لا تدخل البضاعة ميناء جبل علي بدون هذه الأوراق، ونحرص على أن تكون جاهزة قبل انطلاق الشحنة.
Most building materials enter the UAE through SABER with a certificate of conformity. We handle registration with the factory, arrange pre-shipment inspection (AQL 2.5), and prepare export documents. Registration usually takes 1-2 weeks. Goods do not clear Jebel Ali without these papers, so we make sure they are ready before the shipment sails.
نينغبو ميناء شحن رئيسي. الشحن البحري إلى جبل علي (دبي) يستغرق 20-30 يوماً. نختار حاوية أو تجميع شحن حسب حجمك، ونشاركك رقم الحاوية وتتبع البضاعة. بدون حد أدنى للطلب — حتى حاوية صغيرة أو LCL يعمل.
Ningbo is a major export port. Sea freight to Jebel Ali (Dubai) takes 20-30 days. We pick full container or LCL by your volume, and share the container number and tracking. There is no minimum order — even a small container or LCL works.

نغطي دبي وأبوظبي والشارقة وعجمان ورأس الخيمة والفجيرة. نفس سعر المصنع، نفس خط الشحن. إذا قدم المصنع سعراً عالمياً ثابتاً ولا يضيف تفاوضنا شيئاً، لا نفرض رسوماً.
We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Same factory price, same freight line. If a factory offers a global fixed price and our negotiation adds nothing, we do not charge.
