أسعار مواد البناء في دبي وأبوظبي والشارقة تتفاوت كثيراً. الطوبة نفسها أو لوح الحجر الذي يبيعه المصنع الصيني بسعر معين، يشتريه مقاول في الإمارات بسعر أعلى بـ 30-50% عبر التجار المحليين. معظم هذا الفارق هامش وسيط، لا تكلفة شحن ولا جودة.

Building material prices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah vary a lot. The same AAC block, steel profile or stone slab a Chinese factory sells for one price often costs a UAE contractor 30-50% more through local resellers. Most of that gap is middleman markup, not freight or quality.

Why UAE buyers overpay

We are a China-based sourcing agent, not a trading house. We buy as a local buyer.

• We negotiate in Chinese, face to face at the factory. The price you get is what a Chinese contractor pays. Often 15-30% below what a foreign buyer is quoted.

• تسجيل SABER: ننجزه مع المصنع، عادةً 1-2 أسبوع.
• SABER registration: handled with the factory, usually 1-2 weeks.
• بدون حد أدنى للطلب.
• No minimum order.

We cover Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah — same factory price, same freight line. If a factory offers a global fixed price and our negotiation adds nothing, we do not charge. Our job is to save you money, not to add a cost.
