لماذا الوفورات متواضعة؟Why the Saving Is Modest
بلاطات AAC خفيفة لكنها تشغل حجمًا كبيرًا. تكلفة الشحن للحاوية تقارب قيمة البضاعة نفسها، لذا يتراجع أثر خفض السعر الصيني.
AAC blocks are light but bulky. The container freight is close to the goods value itself, which erodes the benefit of the lower Chinese price.
أخذنا SAR 450/م³ كسعر جملة يصل إلى الموقع. سعر المصنع المحلي أقل، لكنه لا يشحن مجانًا إلى المشروع.
We used SAR 450/m3 as a delivered-to-site wholesale price. The local factory-gate price is lower, but it does not reach the project for free.
وزّعنا تكلفة SABER على ثلاث حاويات. الطلب الأكبر يجعل نسبة الوفورات أفضل. لمنتج ثقيل الحجم، الاستيراد المجزي يكون عبر عقود حجم كبير.
We spread the SABER cost over three containers. Larger volume improves the ratio. For bulky goods, importing pays off through big-volume contracts.
